My infant son was removed from his home and state of birth by his mother, a non U.S. citizen, who intends to take him out of the country to be raised by others.

Roc deserves to grow up where he was born, in the United States, with a loving father who has the time, means, and desire to teach him all the knowledge and skills he will need for the best possible life.

The fees for family court and immigration attorneys, private investigators, process servers, couriers, filings, and travel will exhaust what has already been set aside for Roc’s future.

Funds are needed immediately to legally engage the authorities to block transportation of an infant that does not yet possess a birth certificate nor passport.

Funds raised by this campaign will not benefit me, Roc’s father, but Roc himself, by getting him off the street and back home. Any amount raised above my actual expenses will be donated to charities and organizations that reunite missing and abducted children with their legal and rightful parents or guardians.
